From the office of the Herald

Disturbing rumours have been circulating about a visitation upon the Low Court by a member of the legendary species known as the Strix. Prince Anastasia Lockwood wishes to assure the Kindred of Norwich that she is taking these rumours seriously and asks that anyone who has information about this pass it on to the Hounds and the Sheriff.

While this is being investigated, it is of vital importance that false rumours are not spread, and anyone discovered to be causing unnecessary disruption to the investigation or the stability of the city will be dealt with severely.
